Fighting for the Vulnerable
In these times of economic turmoil, it's more important than ever that we elect leaders who combine strong management skills with vision, creativity, and energy. I believe I am uniquely qualified to bring that kind of leadership to the Ramsey County Attorney's Office.
A Ramsey County native — a graduate of the Roseville public schools and Harvard University — I am a domestic violence prosecutor in the Ramsey County Attorney's Office, specializing in cases in which children are present during the abuse. As the only candidate for County Attorney with experience in the office itself, I fight in court daily to protect children and families.
I aggressively hold offenders accountable. At the same time, I recognize that too often violence occurs in a cycle. As a prosecutor, I have the credibility to fight for and deliver solutions that include prevention and intervention. As a leader with a world-class background in the law and management, I will work to make our community more livable and safer for all.
